Where are you at?

Someone referencing to it as giant timber bamboo and it is a clumper I would lean towards Oldhamii.

Hey Cody, I dream of to have some of the bamboos the size of like yours, I don't know much about bamboos but just starting to collect them, we have bought bamboos from 4 different sellers on Ebay,spent a lot of money and got rip off a few times, my bamboos are only about 5' tall, and I don't even know what kind of bamboo they are! I would love to have some of the your bamboos ( young ones ) if they are not too expensive... I will more than willing to pay for the shipping plus a fair amount of fee :) boy, how I wish I can have some tall ones you are trying to rid off :))) I was from Brooklyn NY and now living in Northeastern Arkansas, now I have a lot of time and space to plant the bamboos ! I would like to have some black bamboos in my collection but they are so expensive! but one day I will have some!

You should be buying bamboo from reputable mail order bamboo nurseries. You'll get better plants and you'll know what they are. You also won't get ripped off.

I agree with kudzu9, however, there are several eBay boo vendors that I have dealt with and am very happy with what I purchased.

Most of the time for what you pay on eBay you could get a much better plant from another vendor. But on the flip side, there are some reputable vendors that are selling on eBay for less than what they sell from their websites.

With that being said, it's always best to consult this forum for advice on where/who to buy boo from.
