Lantanas

I confess I like Lantanas but I seem to have not much success with them. They stay small and rarely bloom. So, I want one of you AZ gardeners to tell what I am doing wrong.

Full blasting sun is what mine like. What is your situation regarding sun?

I'd take a picture but it's too bright - and hot - out there.

Mine are all in mostly sun. How much water and do you fertilize them? Thanks for the reply.

Laura - They do best with a thorough soaking every week or so after they are established (2nd summer onwards), and little to no fertilizer.

Frequent watering seems to stunt them, and they respond to heavy fertilization by getting root rot.

Lazygardens, It seems like I am doing everything wrong that I could. I water them everyday and have fertilized them a bunch. Thanks for setting me straight again. You must have a beautiful garden.

Sounds like bougainvilla. Completely ignore it and it thrives!
