WANTED: Candelabra cactus

Hey guys! I'm new to this forum, so hi! I have this very tall candelabra cactus, and I'm afraid its going to fall over or touch the ceiling or something. Is there any way I could make it shorter or keep it from toppling over without poisoning myself? Thanks!
