Well, the soil is probably still pretty thick with peat, so that may not be helping, perhaps in combination with inadequate light. The light you probably can't help (I assume you're overwintering in the house), but it's not enough light plus too much water/poor soil that'll really do something in. When in doubt, hold off water. When this was in with the other plant that died, was it looking better than this?

I find it likes a decent amount of water, but primarily during the warmer weather and with well-draining soil. If the soil's too heavy for them, their roots could be suffering or almost nonexistent right now. If you were to decide to amend their soil, I'd give them a rest for a while after.
