You can mist it every few days or dunk the whole plant depending on your weather.
Lay it on the side until it drains as your plant may rot otherwise.
Morning sun until 10am should be fine.

Both are tillandsias, I think the smaller may be ionantha, but wouldn't stake my life on it.
I should know the larger, but it's been quite a number of years since I last killed bromeliads ;)

The front 1 is a Ionantha, But can't tell which variety.(there are about 20 different) and the 1 in back looks to be either a Caput Medusea or a Paucifolia v. Guatemala. look at the bottom if ball shape it is Medusea if if just large and tapers it is Paucifolia. misting is fine but let them dry before misting again.

You have T. caput-medusae and a what appears to be a light starved T. ionantha. Lose the stand and garden gnome and follow the advice given above. Tillandsias hate garden gnomes!
