One that comes to mind, for a showy display in the fall landscape is 'Daydream.' This one (below) is just 3 years old (it was a 3-gallon) and is beginning to bloom here in mid-October. It's a sasanqua but it has large white blooms edged in pink. It is a very vigorous upright grower, with deep green foliage year round, very hardy, and when it blooms it showers the ground with petals like snow. These can grow to the size of small trees fairly quickly if desired. Dog optional.
