rescued Jade

Hi!

I spent the morning here reading & learning....

This Jade was droopy and pathetic looking. Most of the stems were laying on the side of the pot. It was in a humongous pot, and had rot on half of it's roots.

We mixed up some new soil & river gravel 1:1, put the nicest part in a much smaller pot and we ended up with 10 cuttings in their own little pots. No watering yet.

I'm looking for advice on what to do now.... Just let it be or should I trim more? I'm tempted to pinch off the little new growths but I didn't want to over do it all at once.

This is an east facing window. Blinds were closed just for the picture.
