It seems like your plant is trying to come back, so surgery may be the best way to go. It's has a pretty interesting morphology...could you ID this for me?

not sure about ID, maybe it's Echeveria imbricata. It looked like this before (see photo); unfortunately it got burned once (too close to lights), then forgotten/lost behind other plants. Rosette flattens a lot if not enough light, eventually leaves are curling back (could be too dry too?) & it's very etoliated now.
