In the past, this is the time of year that I planted them. They can handle the frosts. Taters take a while to sprout so they usually do fine. Peas sprout quickly (especially if you soak them for a day before you plant them) and the young vines might suffer if you have a hard frost but they recover when it warms up.

I usually plant my snow peas in January but because of the odd winter I waited until late February. Mine have been up for about a week. In the past, frost or a nights freeze has never bothered them. So I would think it would be fine.
