Now is not the best time to move them, so I would dig really deep when digging them out, and try to get as much of the roots as possible, plant them with some composted cow manure, water them really good, and mulch them for the summer, at least 2-3 inches of mulch.
When you get them in, water them every single day and keep them moist for at least a week.
This gives the roots the neccesary moisture to honker down, if you know what I mean.
Cow manure, (the soil is sandy), lots of mulch, and lots of water the first week, then taper it off some.
I love dayliilies, they grow so well here too.
