It grows wild down by my creek. I like the bluish cast to the leaves but overall the plant is kinda gangly. Maybe if you grew it in full sun it wouldn't be so stretched out.

I've got some growing wild too. It needs moisture and part shade or it won't do well.

I have it growing and love it. I have the orange but would also like to get the yellow/pallida going. There's some down at the park and i just need to collect some seed. It does seed around a bit much, but the seedlings are easy to ID and pull if you get too many. Big pro to me is it's supposed to help with poison ivy.

I have it growing wild, too, by our creek. I believe it prefers above-average water as it doesn't grow anywhere else on my property. It is a bit gangly but it's native, and the flowers are very pretty.
