Look up Eastern Fence Lizard. That looks to be it. Some are rather plain but I found a photo of one looking like yours.

Thanks Dottie, that looks a lot like my lizard. Usually our porch is the domain of many many skinks and this is the first time I've seen one of these! I wonder where she came from because it's a bit far from any trees.
