Sorry it was a custom color we formulated. Also depends on the wood species. These cabinets were alder so I prefer not to go too dark otherwise there is too much variation. We conditioned the wood first to get more uniformity. Show this picture to your cabinet stainer and tell him to paint some sample doors for you (or the inside of a couple of doors). Have him/her alter the color until you're happy with the results.

Thanks that is a good idea, never thought of having them paint a few doors for me. I am buying cabinets to fill the whole house from him, it's a new build.

What did you use to condition the wood?

Dura Supreme's "Sage" stain with a "Coffee" glaze on Knotty Alder has a very similar look.
