Most folks in this area have trouble growing table grapes because of Pierce's Disease. There are a few varieties that seem to be somewhat immune. I have a 'Fredonia' which doesn't seem to have it. Everything else I planted either died or is in the process of dying. I don't know if it was the severe cold this winter or Pierce's, I didn't see any obvious signs on the leaves. I also grow Elderberry which can act as an alternate host for the disease (there are wild ones growing nearby which I can't get rid of no matter what I do with the ones in my garden). You'll need to look up the disease and see if anyone has photos showing the damage to the leaves and see if it matches what your leaves look like.

Thank you trianglejohn. We bought these grapes because we thought that buying them in the stores that we have around means that they grow well here. I will check the ones you say. We saw online that one of our grapes has the red blotch disease, but can't find too much about if they cut them and leave a small branch or eliminate it all. We have seen in the neighborhood vineyards, so we thought they grow fine here. Again, thank you.
