My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Hi Paula, I just saw your post about the dining room table above. I have a table like that in a high lacquer finish in a beautiful Cognac color. The table is 38"x60" with a 14" leaf that folds into and under neath the table. The table does not have wheels. I bought it in an art deco furniture store in New York City. I would love to sell it. I have never used it. It is in perfect condition. After I bought it, and it was delivered, I realized that there was not enough room to pull out the end chairs without hitting something. I have had it covered with a cloth. If you are interested, please call. My name is Ellen. 203-481-6652. Unfortunately, I don't have a digital camera, but I can mail you photos. Look forward to hearing from you.
