are the photos available to back up a story for newspaper on garden stools?

I write a column once a week on design and have trouble getting good art to illustrate the themes. i would of course credit your site

Good question! Thank you for asking since many people just help themselves illegally to proprietary photography.
The photographs belong to both us and the photographer so we would have to get permission from him as well. We are happy to allow our images to be reused as long as our firm is credited and permission is requested and granted prior. Isn't that the truth! I picked up a brochure from one of my competitors and found my photo in it, still marked with my copyright! They say it's flattery, but it is not only aggravating, it is illegal.
