Left hand seedling looks OK; Pinus patula seeds are fairly small. Plenty of other pines that would fit this appearance as well though.

The right hand seedling is dubious, as it only has 3 cotyledons, whereas Pinus patula usually has 5-9 cotyledons. Can't tell what it is at this stage, it'll have to wait until it produces some adult foliage.

Edit: forgot to add, commercial seed suppliers usually remove the seed wings before sale.
