Hello!

I come from Poland and I found this site. Many of you seem to know a lot about dahlias and I thought I could use a little help.

There is definitely something wrong with the leaves. I do not know what it is so I will post pics.

I will be more than grateful if you could help me identify the problem. Thank you in advance!
