If the condo is concrete between floors, and you want hardwood, go with an engineered hardwood (glued down version of hardwood)
Otherwise, a large format tile or a sheet vinyl may also work (you need something that connects to the kitchen)
Doesn't your builder have choices for you?? We need more info....new build, renovation, pictures, etc.

HI -- I would do a wide board engineered hardwood . An engineered product is actually better than full hardwood flooring because it is on a stable base of directional plywood layers which make it perfect for condo flooring if going over concrete.It adjusts better for temperature changes.
