My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is plain concrete with a clear sealer. I do love the look of concrete floors whether they are stained or left their natural color as this one was.

      No, you would not put a sealer like this on an outdoor application.

      You can put clear sealer on exterior concrete but it must be UV Stable. Look up Hansen Loren's UL-390 by KATS. May be heard to find online
