Blue fescua grass is definitely under 12" tall, loves full sun, and makes good edging. Though when it puts up the seed stocks, they are taller than 12". I pull them out or trim them at that point. If you want some, let me know. I have 12+ plants.

I have a lot of carex-frosty curls. It has a weeping habit and likes sun. I have lots of trailing sedums also. I don't know the names of any of them though. I could bring a couple of different kinds. I also have the usual rockery plants like candytuft, soapwort, dianthus, snow in summer, lady's mantle,and creeping plox. I would be interested in your red crocosmia. LMK if you want to trade. Karen
