My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I got two of these in an earlier trade and just moved one; if anyone wants the other, I'll dig it up and bring it tomorrow.

Judy, aren't Big Leaf Maples weeds?? I have multiple small cedar trees (6-8") and perhaps a few small Washington hawthornes which may be diggable

Does anyone want any Fatsia Japonica?
