Wood Countertop finish

Could you please tell me about your teak countertop finish? We are considering straight tung oil or a satin Waterlox - which I think has too much sheen. We have tested two coats of tung oil (cut half by mineral spirits), followed by two coats of straight tung oil. This tests as highly water resistant and durable.
