Don't change the style of the divided windows! That is the way it was built. In fact, the transome on the left should have a divider, not one single piece of glass. See if you can get a wall mounted air conditioner. The one in the window is so unsightly!

I woudl go slightly darker on the grey trim with Benjamin Moore's Storm:

Hi -- This is a beautiful building and I would not make any structural or style changes . I think it just needs paint. The top facia and the window trims and the door surrounds and doors should be an almost black green .- the darkest green possible.Then add gold metal leaf or metallic paint to the molding details. Bigger vintage looking hanging lanterns on ornate brackets . Real big door numbers and some tall galvinized plants pots.And I think you need to clean up the visuals of the windows like the air unit and so on. if all the doors could be the same that would also help cleanup the look.

I get the feeling that lefty47 is going for, but I can't see a dark green on this builing. If you want to go darker than Kendal Charcoal, go for a very dark grey or a very dark brown. like Hearthstone Brown 2109-20

I think the building is gorgeous as-is. The window trim could use sanding and re-painting, but I wouldn't change out the windows, which are really integral to the look of the structure.

If you want a slightly different color scheme, try white window trim with a blue or navy-colored door. That would be in keeping with the building's historical period, but it would make it look a bit fresher.
