What? I Bought a Fernleaf Peony !

I was at a garden centre today and happened upon a Paeonia tenuifolia.

I've seen one once, years ago in someone's yard, and knew when I saw this one that I had to have it.

$ 72.00

I read an old post on here from 2007, and they were selling at that time for between $40.00 and $65.00.

I must have gotten a deal, LOL !

So, for those of you who have them, do they attract ants like the other ones? How do I care for this precious plant?

I'm really looking forward to growing this thing. Apparently it was first described in 1759. How cool is that?
