My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      The property buildings date back to the 18th century. We would say the stone is Chester County Pennsylvania field stone and mica schist. All the stonework of the four buildings was recently repaired and repointed.

      I was thinking this was located in Bucks County, PA. A number of years ago I did a barn tour and this looks like one of the properties I visited. If I remember correctly, the farm was for sale at the time and belonged to a then well known sports player.

      This farm is located in Malvern,Pa. Chester county. On Mine Road. They did an outstanding job of renovating the farm. It was in total disarray. It is beautiful and really cleared out the overgrowth to make it look really finished and well thought out with the environment around it!
