My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's made by Global Views. I know it comes in a candy apple green but I don't think it comes in pale blue. I would Google to see who sells Global Views in your area :)

    Shelving from Ballard Designs and the jute/chenille rug is from Pottery Barn and the sheepskin is from Costco

    Chandelier is from Be Dazzled in Plano, TX. It is hung a little low for my parents, but it's fine for the 3 of us. We could raise it a little, I think ;)
