I'm pretty sure it's impossible to identify until it's ripe and you can cut into it. That picture could be of any of hundreds of varieties.

I only have one comment:
If you took good care of the tree and it only gave you 4 fruits in 10 years,then,it is not worth it's salt.
Get a real fruitting fig,like the Grimo Brown Turkey,that others from Canada Grow,and get ripe fruits from them.

It produces lots of tiny figs in the spring but most it doesn't grow bigger than 1cm. It rains a lot so covering it with clear plastic sheeting would help? I think this is the reason it drops all the fruits. The main crop never ripens in time for winter.
