My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Looks like a Walnut stain...I'll email the designer and ask her.

    I received a reply from the designer, Judith Balis and she said, they mixed several colors of stain to get this color. She said it may have been "ebony, (or walnut) and mahogany....or Jacobean." She said that it took a bit of experimentation to get the color just right.
