I like the overall shape. Do you have other items already picked out? What are those like?

If you want brutal honesty, it kinda looks like Grandma's and not bohemian to me.

Yes, love it

Oh - I think it is very Bohemian friendly and the shape is just divine! You can always get a slip cover for it if you're not sure, especially if it's comfortable and in good condition.

Found this photo and thought you'd appreciate the Bohemian flavor. Check out that patterned couch!

Here is a design board I did---note the pillow is similar to your sofa-:) You can mix many things for Bohemian chic design. If you decide to go with lots of pattern and color, just select an appealing color for the walls and flooring- nothing flourescent. You can use stencils, ceiling medallion, or even tent the ceiling (fun), gold or silver leaf---just enjoy the process. Good Luck!

HI --- NO NO NO everyone , this sofa has great bones for the bohemian look . I can see this in a dark grey or navy or how about a deep purple micro fiber velvet or if you could afford Mohair . First you have to find out if it is worth recovering - structure wise. If the back and arms were tufted and the buttons could be jewel buttons or self covered . I would not have a skirt bottom, better with some curvy dark wood feet or even silver metal leafed, ...almost looking like old bath tub feet. Yes , it looks like Grandma's old 70's sofa now , but look again guys , see what I see .

Seeing the sofa in this context against the paneling and broken blinds doesn't make a positive impression, but against a creamy wall in a sunlit room, this floral sofa could be beautiful and it appears to be in excellent shape and comfortable I took the liberty of looking at your ideabook and I absolutely think you could make this work in a bohemian room. I like this textured throw pillow in a color called camo. http://www.cb2.com/new-rugs-pillows/rugs-and-pillows/edge-camo-23x11-pillow/f7713

I've got a Candid Camera feeling here, but I'll play along. You just need to find all the right accent pieces to compliment the sofa. Here are some suggestions....

Yes, I think your sofa will work. I believe your question is can you use as is, without recovering. I say yes with the right deep jewel tone accessories/pillows, deep turquoise/teal, purple like Royalty!

With the right bohemain pillows in definite contrasting colors, this couch will totally work! She shape and height of the sofa is very bohemian. I wouldn't choose this couch at a store but if I had it, I could work it. Good luck!!
