Those cabinets appear to be cherry with an espresso-type stain. No two manufacturers call their stain colors the same thing so go a kitchen showroom and ask to see a slab door in a dark-stained cherry. The backsplash appears to be a pattern made by Walker Zanger. That installation is called an offset and any good tile showroom will be able to show it to you in person.

the backsplash appears to be a textured glass tile -- most likely 3-4 different colors in a 3x12 or 4x12 size from Interstyle Glass in Canada -- the Cello series. This can be purchased through myself or any distributor for Interstyle.
