I can't give you a certain ID, but since no one else has posted (I was hoping someone would have the same flower in bloom to really give a good comparison) I will venture an opinion that it probably is Aesch. speciosus, a species that has been around for a long time, grows into a big plant and generally has clusters of these beautiful flowers. Your's is a baby and hopefully will put on bigger displays as it grows. A similar variety is 'x Splendidus', a hybrid with speciosus as one of the parents ( x parasiticus). But, 'Splendidus' has smaller flowers and smaller, less thick leaves. I have a big plant of speciosus iin my greenhouse but it hasn't bloomed for me.
