No. The middle of summer is the time. Bermuda doesn't generally need to be overseeded as it's an aggressive spreader unless it's basic growing requirements are not met. Bermuda is a tropical swampgrass from coastal Africa and just by driving around you can see it's dormant and brown until you get into late spring and summer.
