I have a large area beside the driveway that slopes down. I have put up a post n rail fence 48 feet long. The area behind I need to cover is 6 foot wide, sloping downhill. Mostly shade. It was overgrown earlier in the season with trees and vines we cut down and the area was already covered with Wisteria, honeysuckle and vinca. I am trying to control the vines and some of the vinca is coming back.....Does anyone have any suggestions. Should I cover the whole area with one groundcover, or make it more interesting woth more than one? I also do need to keep at the wisteria as the vines are still deep down and sprouting up all over.

Any suggestions would be great!!!! I live in upstate SC.
