Another one is turning green

My granddaughter's wedding is the 2nd week in October. She wants white pumpkins for decoration.

I planted seeds directly in the ground 80 days ago - June 3rd. I understand that Casper pumpkins harvest in 90-100 days. The vines appear to still be healthy & green. What do I do?
