By my calculations, that one tree contains enough leaves to season every stock pot in Britain.

Still, too bad about the basil and tomatoes ... which grow in abundance here and make a nice sauce with a leaf or two from our potted bays ....

Ours is a semi detached house. Our neighbour has next to our fences a large bay tree and a silverberch tree and front huge cherry flowers tree. 90% of the tree branches are growing ti our garden as well it iclise to our house . any one know what l can do and will those damage the property

Since you are apparently in the UK I suggest you ask the local council what the rules are. I doubt they trees will damage your house but they might shade your garden.
