My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
My Provence and Spanish lavenders faired the winter pretty well. The Fringed lavender on the other hand looks, well, dead as a doornail. Don't know if pruning it would do any good. Should i hold any hope it'll come back in spring?
Ah well, garden and learn. Will replace it with a Spanish or Provence later this spring. I'm pleased to say the rose that I transplanted, just before the watering ban, is putting out new growth. Thought I'd lost that one (I eat the petals, and make rose oil out of 'em) So all was not a bust, everything else seems to be coming up too, knock wood.
