I use a Villaware strainer for that. I would check the directions or call the manufacturer of the juicer, because some of juicers and strainers can't handle berry seeds. I believe the Kitchenaid fruit & vegetable strainer attachment can't handle berries, and the screen's warranty is voided if you break it with berry seeds. With a juicer I would think it could handle a few berry mixed in with some other fruit, so the seeds would be mixed with pulp, but it might break if there's nothing but seeds getting caught up in it.

The Villaware strainer has a specialized berry screen you can buy.
