Another Spaghetti Sauce Question....

I am relatively new to canning. I made some jams (strawberry and blackberry) for gifts this last year. I just purchased a 16-qt Presto pressure canner with the intent of canning spaghetti sauce. I have been reading a lot on this subject... do you think this is a safe recipe?

1 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped

1/4 cup celery, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 can (6oz) tomato paste

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried marjaram

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

I know that a lot people don't see the point of canning spaghetti sauce made from tomatoes/tomato paste that have been commercially canned already... but my family eats this sauce at least once a week! I have been freezing it, but it seems like such a waste of time and space in the freezer. Is there a way to make it more safe? (ie. use less veggies, no oil, etc)
