Hello all,

I am trying, with limited success, to grow some oregano. The destination will be a large pot, situated close by the vegetable garden as a companion influence. However, the seeds simply have not germinated. I tried planting the desperately small seeds in a seed starting mix with some perlite on top. The package has a dire warning about the seeds being very susceptable to damping off, so bottom water only. Despite my efforts, either I didn't do a very good job at keeping it moist, or something else went wrong.

Anyone care to share their Greek oregano success stories and tips?
