Any one growing Mamoncillo, a.k.a quenepa?

I had this fruit on my uncle Frank's ranch in Miami when I was a kid. What a taste. You crack the shell and chew the pulp off the seed. Sort of eating a peeled mango whole if the mango were the size of a quarter. Surprised to find it at Publix during winter when I moved to Port St Lucie 2.5 years ago. I need to retrace my steps to a website that said a nursery lady in Puerto Rico is offering plants with both male and female sexes grafted to the same rootstock. Sounds kinky, huh?

Any one have this double graft, or is growing M & F trees?
