Ever pickled snow peas? I have a surplus this year and I'm thinking they should be fine if done similarly to green beans and stored in the fridge instead of running through a canner. Thought I might blanch them or steam them for a few minutes before pouring on the brine. That would soften the larger ones a little. I want to try dill and also sweet like bread and butter. Any thoughts?
