I had no idea what Garret juice was so I Googled. It contains vinegar - used neat I'm not surprised your plants weren't happy.

If the plants do prove to be dead I would start again - with your first step being to thoroughly look up those different plants. Because they are different. They have different requirements, grow to different sizes and need different treatment. Just because they come under the catch all name 'herbs' doesn't mean you can lump them all together. When you've found their individual requirements plant them accordingly. Forget the potions.

The next time i won't use the juice, it was my mistake that i used it, i forgot by the time i got home and went to transplant everything that's why i wasn't sure if they would come back or not.

Please don't give up from one bad outcome. I have lost lots of plants to get to my current knowledge level. And even when you know a bunch, stuff happens.

You did pick mostly nice ones to start with. Basil, LV, and Cilantro are all pretty easy for starters, and similar in needs. All can handle containers pretty easily, though I would pot them individually. LV is really a small bush tender perennial that you can overwinter indoors, and can get to a large size. B & C are annuals that start easily from seed, though you'll get a harvest from basil faster with a transplant. As a warning, rosemary is a more difficult container plant, and there are plenty of back posts about it if you do a search.

Finally, just to mention, herbs do not always need fertilizer. It can result in a forced growth of leaves, but each will have less flavor than if you let it grow normally. I use a small amount of organic granular fert when first planting, then only use a weak liquid fert on those perennials that have been potted for a while and would have stripped nutrients from their mix. For in ground plants I just top dress with compost. I'm sure your recommendation was well meant, but herbs are very different from veggies which need a lot of nutrients, or flowers which are fertilized with bloom boost to force more blossoms.
