Canning Pickled Cabbage?

I've searched but I can't find an answer. I'm specifically talking about Pikliz, a Haitian slaw. It's basically shredded cabbage, onions, scotch bonnets and plain white vinegar. Could I process this in a BWB? Or would a pressure cooker be required?

Here's a sample recipe if you're not familiar with the dish (usually it needs to set for awhile in the fridge after making to develop flavor):

*

5 cups of shredded green cabbage

*

2 medium size carrots peeled and shredded

*

1/3 cups of green beans sliced thin into short strips

*

1/2 cups of green peas (optional)

*

1 medium onion cut in half and sliced

*

8-12 habañero chile peppers or scotch bonnet peppers

*

4 cups of distilled white vinegar

*

1 tsp. salt
