Ok, now pick a piece, wash it, and taste a leaf. Do you like the taste? There are TONS of types of mints and some have a better flavor than others. If you like the flavor, use the mint:

As a garnish in fruit salads.
To flavor iced tea.
To make mint tea.
For mint jelly.
Cut a bundle, wrap stems with a rubber band, and let it soak in your bathwater for a "zing" to your bath, very refreshing.
As foliage in a tussie-mussie or a fresh flower arrangement.
To garnish lamb or pork.

Etc, etc. There are lots of uses for mints...if you LIKE your mint flavor. I've had a few varieties I've loved for their appearance that I did not use in cooking or crafts, and others that I used quite a bit.

I drink lots and lots of iced mint tea. I use about 1 cup of dried mint per gallon of water and 1 cup of sugar.

Mojitos!!

crush the mint, add simple syrup and rum. Drink, preferably outside in the breeze. Bonus if there's a pool to sit by. You can also pretend you're Ernest Hemmingway. :)

You can also eat it straight as an instant breath freshener

I love it in Chicken or Beef Salad, Curry and Pot Roast.
