Don't know. But the PFAF page for it doesn't list any leaf use and they usually are pretty decent for listing all common (and even some not so common) herbal & culinary uses for a plant.

I had previously had no information about whether cumin leaves are edible, but I did a bit of hunting just now and found the website below, which indicates that the leaves ARE edible. Scroll down to about two-thirds of the page.

Problem is, there is no indication of the botanical name of the plant sold at the site as 'cumin leaf' - as we've learned before, common names are NOT always to be trusted! For all we know, the 'cumin' referred to on that site might well be Nigella (also known as Black Cumin) - or anything else.

For what it's worth, I also have faith in the PFAF site's information.
