Chlorosis is usally a yellowing leaf which is due to excess watering. Suggest that you do get the ants out. One of the best ways is to offer the ant bait that they take back to the nest and it kills the colony.

Well the excess water could be due to the weird weather we're having. Should I supplement with any nutrients or just wait for the weather to even out? I have some flower plant food if that will help.

If the pots have limited drainage, they can cause water buildup in the soil. It might be a good idea to repot the plants in a good quality container soil mix, and have sufficient drain holes in the bottom. Setting pots onto dishes or saucers seems to help hold more water, so that may not be a good thing either.

The pot has excellent drainage and I used good quality soil mix. There is no standing water in the dish I used to keep it off the ground (it isn't the kind that holds water, it just raises it off the ground.)

The leaves are just a sickly very light green with dark veins. We have had a lot of rain, once the soil dries out I'll try watering with Epsom salts. Maybe because of all the rain the soil has been depleted of minerals?

Is borage a heavy feeder? I just wish I had a place in the ground to put it in my garden, but I don't. I was hoping it will attract pollinators once it flowers so I want it to live!

No epsom salts in pots.. Unless its just a few grains. A general fertilizer like a 5-5-5 would be better. Only fertilize once. It may be that the potting soil was a mix for stimulating flowering as in container planting. That can cause excessive foloage coloring. Can you post a photo? Iron can also help some, in the form of a very small amount of 'ironite'.
