rosemary has mildew

Help! My 4-year-old rosemary plant (growing indoors on my porch) has suddenly developed a fuzzy white mold or mildew. I'm tempted to try a mild spray of baking soda, or should I use a fungicide? The plant is quite bushy and was growing well until this turned up. It doesn't seem to have been aversely affected yet, not losing leaves or wilting.

I would put it outdoors - it's summer and it will have no problems as long as you introduce it gently to the outside world. Give it a few good hosings. I'd keep it outside for as long as possible. Rosemary can take temperatures down to and slightly below freezing for short periods.
