I've got plenty of chocolate and spearmint, scads of oregano and thyme, oodles of sage, my parsley and cilantro already bolted, and I'm waiting to see something from the dill as they're only about 5" tall still. And while my basil is certainly getting bigger, they still only have about 6 or 8 leaves apeice. :( We want basil!

I've got tons of oregano and thyme hanging next to the garlic on the porch already and I have to get out and harvest the catnip before it takes over any more of the garden. The feverfew is definitely ready to cut but my girlfriend keeps beating me to it and using it as a cutting garden. The first planting of dill should be ready this weekend and the basil's getting big enough to start pinching.

This fall will be busy digging roots - echinacea, valerian, horseradish and licorice should all be ready.

Motherwort, peppermint, spearmint, chocolate mint, catnip, agrimony, St. John's, tarragon, thyme, rose petals, lavender, marjoram, yarrow, elder flower, lemon balm, chamomile, and mugwort.

Lemon balm for my co-worker who likes it for tea, basil for stir fry and for pesto, oregano, thyme, garlic, chives, savory, and bushels and bushels of lavender.

I'm harvesting lemon thyme, greek oregano, basil, and I guess I'll just have to dig up my echinacea roots this fall. I've heard about its useful properties, but this will be the first time I will experiment with it.
