How big was it when you transferred to the new pot?
Dill doesn't like transplanting...the smaller the better.

Dill does not transplant very well, as also mentioned in several very recent threads here already. About all you can do is give it the water it needs, but not too much and see if it survives for a few more weeks.

Thank you ksrogers, your posts are always very informative. I had seen the other posts about transplanting, but initially the dill not only did very well, it actually grew whole new bunches of leaves and for the first 7-10 days or so it was going strong.

So I thought the transplant itself maybe was not the problem. let's see how it goes.

Give it a few weeks and don't water too much. There is a photo of my dill and some of my other garden plants on another thread. They are huge and are now just flowering. None were planted in pots or grown from seeds I planted. They just grew up by themselves that way.
